Lillie Braisted, an English major at PBA, describes the most impactful part of her college experience as the Christ-centered community. From professors opening class with devotionals to faith-based campus events, she has consistently seen Christ woven into daily life.
Through the encouragement of faculty and the support of Discipleship Leaders, Lillie found both friendship and spiritual growth. These relationships helped her build a strong foundation in her faith while navigating college life.
Serving as a Resident Assistant (RA) became one of her most formative leadership opportunities. The role challenged her to grow in patience, responsibility, and trust in God — especially during exhausting seasons. She learned that true leadership comes from finding strength and rest in the Lord.
Lillie expresses deep gratitude to those who invest in PBA. She recognizes that their generosity sustains a faith-based environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
